Tabamantia

Tabamantia is the sovereign supervisor of the series of decimal or experimental worlds, the veteran finaliter who heads the corps of universe directors that periodically inspects all the life-modification planets of Nebadon (49:5.12). He is himself an agondonter of finaliter status, having survived from one of the quarantined spheres involved in the first rebellion ever to take place in the universes of time and space (50:7.2). About forty thousand years ago he came to inspect Urantia and, after surveying its racial progress, recommended that the planet be granted a Material Son and Daughter, an inspection that led within a century to the arrival of Adam and Eve (73:0.3).
