Sargan

Sargan was the chief of the northern blue races in the era of the second garden (76:0.2). He became the husband of Sansa, the gifted daughter of Adam and the Nodite woman Laotta whom Eve had reared alongside Cain, and through that union both he and Sansa contributed to the advancement of the blue men of those times (76:0.2).
