Mek

Mek led the planetary council on art and science, the corps that improved the industrial technique of early man and elevated his concepts of beauty (66:5.23). His group taught the rudiments of physics and chemistry, advanced pottery, and enhanced the ideals of human beauty, and Mek did a great deal to advance the culture of the Andonites and to improve the art of the blue man (66:5.24, 66:5.26). When the loyalty test came, the council of art and science remained loyal in its entirety, numbering Mek among the forty staff members later transferred to Jerusem (67:4.1).
