Ang presided over the council on food and material welfare, the first of the ten councils of the corporeal staff of the Planetary Prince Caligastia (66:5.2). This able corps fostered food, water, clothing, and the material advancement of the human species, teaching well digging, spring control, and irrigation, along with improved methods of treating skins for clothing (66:5.2). When the Lucifer rebellion divided the staff, Ang and three members of the food council remained loyal and were among the forty of the original one hundred who were saved and later transferred to Jerusem (67:4.1).
