1-2-3 the First

1-2-3 the First was the eldest of the primary midway creatures and the leader of the loyal midwayers in the service of Gabriel at the time of the Caligastia betrayal (45:4.18). This noble midwayer stood steadfast with Van and Amadon through the tragic days of the planetary rebellion, and his fearless leadership was instrumental in reducing the casualties among his order (77:9.5). Released from immediate planetary duties shortly after Pentecost, he was elevated by Michael to membership among the four and twenty counselors on Jerusem, and he is the only loyal midway creature ever to have departed from Urantia, having already served once as governor general of the planet (77:9.4, 77:9.5).
